Impact Environmental Consulting (IEC) was established in 1996 and since then has been working with a wide range of clients in Australasia. We have grown from a single person consultancy to a multi-dimensional company and now have the capability to provide a greater range of services to our clients. We have been, and always will, be a company with high values and a strong customer focus.

Greg FreemanDirector
Greg oversees the business and is involved in the consultancy, the Waste Management Conference and the waste education projects. He has over 30 years experience in the waste management industry.
Katherine Driscoll
Katherine DriscollWaste Management Consultant
Katherine is the primary consultant in the business with most of her time spent in tenders and contracts for Local Government. She has experience in economic modelling and strategic issues facing the waste industry in Australia.
Thomas Freeman
Thomas FreemanConsultant
Thomas undertakes a variety of waste management consultancy projects, especially in regional and rural Australia. Most of these relate to infrastructure and service delivery, with a special understanding of landfill and transfer station projects.
Dawn Hallinan

Dawn manages logistics and customer relations for the annual Coffs Harbour Waste Management Conference as well as the coordination of office functions relating to the business and the sale of the educational colour in books.

Connie is the Conference Director for the Coffs Harbour Waste Management Conference with overall responsibility for developing the program and looking after the sponsors and exhibitors for the event.

Shannon is a waste management consultant who works on a variety of projects, mainly in regional areas. She has particular interest in sustainability and community consultation.
Jacqui Murray

Jacqui is a qualified teacher who designs and delivers the schools waste education program. She has developed several teaching modules, especially suited to Primary school students.
