Please note that accommodation at some venues is limited and bookings are subject to availability at the time of your registration - please book early to avoid disappointment.
Registration Fees
Following is a summary of the standard registration fees for the event. Registration includes attendance fee, lunches, morning and afternoon teas, welcome reception drinks and conference proceedings. Concession and speaker rates are provided on the registration forms and via online registration.

Accommodation
Please note accommodation options for Waste 2007 are different to previous Coffs Harbour waste conferences as Pacific Bay and Pelican Beach Resorts are unavailable. Two new accommodation venues, Breakfree Aanuka Beach Resort and the Quality Inn, have been selected and block bookings have been made for conference delegates. Free bus transfers to and from the conference venue will be available at key times to all delegates staying at these venues. At Opal Cove Resort additional 2br and 3br villas have been reserved to increase capacity – please consider these if you have two or more delegates coming to the conference.
Please note we anticipate Opal Cove Resort will fill quickly – please book early and nominate your second preference if using the hard copy form. Every effort will be made to allocate your first choice but it cannot be guaranteed as room numbers are limited. A maximum of four Opal Cove Resort Rooms will be available to any one organisation, and preference may be given to accommodation bookings of more than one night.
Accommodation bookings must be accompanied by full payment or an authorised purchase order. Cancellation conditions apply. Bookings and payments for accommodation at Opal Cove Resort, Aanuka Beach Resort and the Quality Inn are to be made through the Conference Organisers using the registration forms or online registration. Other accommodation may be secured through the Coffs Coast Tourism Centre at www.coffscoast.com.au. Please note however that conference shuttle services will not be available for venues other than those detailed on this form.
