The ESD Workshops will feature an interactive process
where information sharing and learning about
innovative practices will be a key deliverable. Council
case studies about operational and policy
development will also be featured.
Challenges in making decisions that are environmentally, economically and socially sustainable.
An interactive workshop where participating Councillors will gain an increased understanding of ESD, their obligations for its implementation and how to take account of sustainability in decision making.
A 3 hour workshop session for Councillors only (cost $33 incl. GST) at the following venues:

A one-day workshop for Councils about how to operate more sustainably.
This workshop will bring both Councillors and Council staff together to learn about and be better able to implement triple bottom line initiatives. While the first half of this workshop will be similar to the 3 hour workshop, the latter half will be spent on discussing how operational as well as service delivery practices can operate in a more sustainable manner.
